Refund Policy

How refunds work for your Servd subscription. Please read this carefully — the refund window is strict.

1. 14-day refund window

A full refund is available within 14 days of your purchase. The 14 days are counted from the date payment is taken for the subscription — the initial purchase or each renewal. If you request a refund within this window, we refund the full amount paid for that billing period.

2. After 14 days — non-refundable

After the 14-day window has passed, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of an annual term. This applies regardless of usage. You may still cancel to stop future renewals, but the current term is not refunded.

3. How to request a refund

Email servdme@gmail.com from the address on your account with your business name and the date of purchase. Your request must reach us within the 14-day window — the timestamp of your email determines eligibility.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. Once a refund is issued, the associated subscription is cancelled and access ends.

5. Exclusions

  • Third-party card-processing fees on your diners' orders are not part of your subscription and are governed by the payment provider's terms.
  • Refunds you owe your own diners for their orders are your responsibility and are separate from this policy.
  • Where local consumer law grants you a stronger refund right, that law applies.
